Not because it’s a bad game or anything, it looks great, but when you can play a (as far as we know) superior PC version in a month or two, why buy a new console? I think that’s what Dave meant. Even if that was true in general (and I don’t think it is), it certainly isn’t true in this case for the reasons I mentioned. Like I have said before I have more Xbox games than the other 2 platforms. If, for example, I had a PC, XB, and PS2 I would still need a Cube. That doesn’t work for the other systems, though. Except Halo, but that’s not worth $250 (to me!). But, given that I already have a PC and a PS2 and a GC I don’t see a need for an XBox. It wouldn’t be my choice, but I understand it. You XBox preference is well known, does that invalidate your points? The way I see it, the XBox is a decent choice for someone who is only going to have one console.
